1. Kings Park and Botanic Garden

One of the largest city parks in the entire world, Kings Park and Botanic Garden is where Perth residences and tourists spend hours in nature. There are over 1,000 acres of ground covered in indigenous plant life as well as species from Africa and America. From the top of Mount Eliza, you can see an astounding view of the Perth CBD area. Or, if you’re not afraid of heights, you can walk along the Lotterywest Federation Walkway, which is suspended above a grove of eucalyptus trees.

2. Cottesloe Beach

You can easily access a number of beaches in and around Perth using the train and bus system, but out of all the beaches to choose from, Cottesloe is must. Despite being one of the most popular beaches in Perth, the area is laid-back, residential, and impeccably serene. The clear waters, awesome cafes, rocky outcrops, and nooks are perfect for people of all ages. If you end your day at the beach with a sunset over the Indian Ocean, you are in for a treat.

3. The Perth Mint

4. Fremantle
