King Street is the main shopping street and the busiest area in the downtown French Quarter of Charleston. Here you'll find a mix of boutiques and well-known chains like H&M, J.Crew, and Forever 21. It's the back streets, however, that carry the real charm of the city.
Magnolia Plantation is the most popular and famous in Charleston and it's just amazing. It is about a 20 minute Uber ride outside of downtown Charleston and it's so worth it! They even have a little farm in the front (good for kids) where they have gorgeous peacocks roaming around. definitely suggest spending half a day of your weekend in Charleston exploring Magnolia Plantation.
